THE OWNER SAYS
I've lived here for 8 years, on my own at first and in recent years with my partner, and it's by far the best place I've lived in London. Sandwiched between two parks, tucked away from the road so no traffic, it's very peaceful while also being vibrant with lots of activity on the water and incredible bird life to watch from the living room. The neighbours are friendly and quiet. The Markfield road area is a real creative hub, with new bars recently opening and artist studios. It's an exciting time to live here and we are very sad to leave! It's well connected too, with loads of buses down into Hackney and Shoreditch, South Tottenham station takes you to Hampstead Heath in 15 minutes, and Seven Sisters is on the Victoria Line so you can be in Brixton in half an hour if you're so inclined. I really hope whoever lives here next loves it as much as I have.
